The Manage Students section is the database for all candidates authorized to take examinations.

Manage Students

Core Functionalities:

  • Student Registry: Displays a list of all candidates with details like PRN (Permanent Registration Number), Name, assigned course/batch, and registration date.
  • Manual Registration: You can add individual students by providing their full name, a unique email address, and generating a starting password.
  • Session Resilience (Reset Session): Crucial Feature: If a student's system crashes or loses internet during a live exam, the system flags their session as "interrupted." They cannot log back in automatically to prevent cheating. An Examiner must use the "Reset Session" button here to explicitly authorize the student to resume their exam from where they left off.
  • Profile Updates & Password Resets: If a student forgets their credentials before an exam, you can trigger a password refresh directly from this view.
